Bisazza Street 3 Bedroom Apartment

Discover your ideal holiday retreat in the heart of Sliema on Bisazza Street! This spacious and modern 3-bedroom apartment is designed for comfort and relaxation, accommodating up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms feature cozy double beds, while the third comes with two single beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Managed by MINK Homes, guests enjoy a seamless experience with self check-in and check-out services, along with 24/7 support for any inquiries.

Please note that our apartment is situated in a quiet residential block of apartments and we do not allow parties. We kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM. To ensure a peaceful stay, a noise detection device has been installed in the apartment. The minimum age to book our apartment is 25, although we do accept minors as long as they are accompanied by adults and form part of the same household.

About the apartment:
Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and modern block with a lift, this apartment offers convenience and tranquility during your stay.

The apartment includes a well-appointed bathroom and a separate kitchen, equipped for all your cooking needs. The large open dining and living area creates a welcoming space for gatherings, leading out to a charming balcony with views of the bustling shopping street and distant sea vistas.

Stay comfortable year-round with mounted air conditioning units in each room, providing both cooling and heating options. The apartment features double-glazed apertures and blackout curtains in each bedroom, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. All bedrooms have black-out curtains. In winter we provide duvets and there are extra blankets for a cozy time on the sofa. We provide guests with clean bedlinen and towels upon arrival. The beds have quality foam memory mattrasses for optimal sleeping comfort. The sizes of the mattrasses are 160 x 200 cm in the master bedroom and the first guest bedroom and 90 x 190 cm for both single beds in the second guest bedroom room.

The apartment is further equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and iron board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning products and materials, plug converters, a fridge/freezer, an electric oven and hob, electric kettle and toaster. The kitchen is further equipped with pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. There is a fast WiFi internet connection and a large smart TV.

Guest access
We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.

Other things to note
Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff schedule their appointments on the check-out day at 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. Therefore, we cannot allow guests to stay longer than 10AM nor to leave luggage. If you're planning on leaving earlier we would appreciate it a lot if you can communicate this to us so the cleaning can be scheduled at an earlier hour.

Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. Storage in the property after check-out is not possible. We offer practical information such as where to find the luggage storage terminals, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc. upon booking confirmation.

Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.

The property will be stocked with:
- 2 toilet rolls per toilet
- 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 kitchen cloth
- 2 tablets for dishwasher
- washing liquid for the washing machine
- 1 bottle of hand soap per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampo/body soap per bathroom
