Please note that our apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we do not allow parties. We kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM. To ensure a peaceful stay, a noise detection device has been installed inside the apartment and in the back yard.

The apartment forms part of a residential building and is located on the first floor. It offers a comfortable and spacious interior, making it a great choice for families, couples, or groups looking for a relaxing stay in Sliema.

The apartment features a spacious living room, two large bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with its own dedicated space within the living area. The main bedroom includes a large wardrobe and access to a balcony. There are two balconies in total, with one overlooking the street and the other overlooking the interior of the building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, including cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, and other essential kitchen amenities.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, providing cooling and heating throughout the property for your comfort.

Guests can also enjoy a private outdoor area with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outside. The outdoor area also features a hot tub/jacuzzi, available for guests to use during their stay.

We offer a self-check-in procedure having a key box on site. The official check-in time is 4PM. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in before the cleaning staff is ready but we allow guests to leave their luggage subject to have first inspection done.

As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you arrive early during the day we recommend that you book a luggage storage space in one of the commercial storage spaces in Malta.

Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not.

Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. As well as, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc.

Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.

The property will be stocked with:
- 2 toilet rolls per toilet
- 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 kitchen sponge cloth
- 2 tablets for dishwasher (if dishwasher is available)
- 1 tablets for washing machine or bottle
- 1 bottle of hand soap
- 1 cleaning cloth

Please note that cleaning fee includes the cleaning, stocking and supply of clean bedlinen and towels and garbage collection. This means that guests are offered the apartment in a clean state with fresh bedlinen, towels and the above mentioned stocking of the apartment. Guests can book additional cleaning, fresh bedlinen and towels and garbage collection and re-stocking of the apartment during their stay at an additional cleaning fee.
