The property is located in a traditional building on historic Old Hospital Street, in the heart of Valletta. From the maisonette you have the renown Valletta street life with all its famous bars, restaurants, shops, museums and historical buildings on a walking distance.

The apartment is distributed over two floors accessable with a private entrance door from the street. Guests will need to use the internal stairs to move between ground and the first floor during their stay. Therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.

The ground floor features a cozy kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, a gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and a fridge/freezer. A combi washing machine / tumble dryer is also available in the apartment for guests’ convenience together with other essentials such as a hairdryer, drying rack, cleaning products and materials etc.

The second floor includes a small living area with a TV, a comfortable bedroom with a private balcony and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling, as well as bed linen and towels for each guest.

With its traditional architecture and stylish vintage furniture, this apartment offers an authentic Valletta experience. Its central location places you within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, shops, and the main attractions of the city.

We offer a self-check-in procedure having a key box on site. The official check-in time is 4PM. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in before the cleaning staff is ready but we allow guests to leave their luggage subject to have first inspection done.

As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you arrive early during the day we recommend that you book a luggage storage space in one of the commercial storage spaces in Malta.

Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not.

Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. As well as, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc.

Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.

The property will be stocked with:
- 2 toilet rolls per toilet
- 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 kitchen sponge cloth
- 2 tablets for dishwasher (if dishwasher is available)
- 1 tablets for washing machine or bottle
- 1 bottle of hand soap
- 1 cleaning cloth

Please note that cleaning fee includes the cleaning, stocking and supply of clean bedlinen and towels and garbage collection. This means that guests are offered the apartment in a clean state with fresh bedlinen, towels and the above mentioned stocking of the apartment. Guests can book additional cleaning, fresh bedlinen and towels and garbage collection and re-stocking of the apartment during their stay at an additional cleaning fee.
