Welcome to The Elegant Hyacinth Flat, a spacious 2-bedroom apartment in beautiful Bugibba, a vibrant coastal town famous for its seaside promenade. Located just a short walk from beaches, the Malta National Aquarium, and local supermarkets, this charming flat is the perfect, budget-friendly base to relax and explore Malta like a local.

The apartment is managed by MINK Homes, offering a seamless experience with self check-in via an onsite keybox and a 24/7 support line for any assistance needed.

Please note that our apartment is situated in a quiet residential block of apartments and we do not allow parties. We kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM. To ensure a peaceful stay, a noise detection device has been installed in the apartment. The minimum age to book our apartment is 25, although we do accept minors as long as they are accompanied by adults and form part of the same household.

This apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building. Please note that there is no elevator, so we do not recommend this property for guests with walking difficulties or reduced mobility.

The layout features a bright, open plan living and dining arealeading to a a private balcony overlooking the street, a seperate kitchen, two complete bathrooms one of which has a tub, a double bedroom and guest bedroom with two single beds leading to a back laundry and relaxation room.

The living area has a comfortable sofa and a dining table making it a perfect, cozy environment for socializing, relaxing, or watching TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your daily cooking, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a full fridge/freezer.

A hallway leads from the living area to the kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Along the way, you will also find a small, peaceful relaxation room with chairs an ideal spot to unwind, enjoy some quiet time, or soak up the sun.

For your convenience, the apartment is fully stocked with essentials like cleaning products, an iron & ironing board, a drying rack, and a hairdryer. It also features air conditioning (AC) for both heating and cooling, black-out curtains for optimal sleeping comfort, and fresh bed linen, cozy duvets, and a set of towels per guest.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout their stay.

We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We can allow you to leave luggage while the cleaning staff is getting the apartment ready. As soon as the apartment we will send you the code for the keybox to check-in. We cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in

This property is managed by MINK Homes. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information.

Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not.

Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. As well as, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc.

Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.

The property will be stocked with:
- 2 toilet rolls per toilet
- 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 kitchen sponge cloth
- 2 tablets for dishwasher (if dishwasher is available)
- 1 tablets for washing machine or bottle
- 1 bottle of hand soap
- 1 cleaning cloth

Please note that cleaning fee includes the cleaning, stocking and supply of clean bedlinen and towels and garbage collection. This means that guests are offered the apartment in a clean state with fresh bedlinen, towels and the above mentioned stocking of the apartment. Guests can book additional cleaning, fresh bedlinen and towels and garbage collection and re-stocking of the apartment during their stay at an additional cleaning fee.
