The apartment forms part of a residential complex and is situated on the fourth floor. The complex is well illuminated for safe access and has a lift and a staircase and a main door with lock.

The apartment is fully equipped with items for your daily living needs such as wardrobes, hangers, iron, iron board, cleaning products and materials etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, glasses, cups, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils and appliances such as a fridge/freezer combi, hob, oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The apartment has mounted AC units for cooling and heating for the open space living, dining and kitchen area and each bedroom. Addiotinal heating elements are also available. All apertures are double-glazed. All appliances are electric.

Bedsofa living room 240x100 cm

Upon arrival guests are provided with clean bed linen and towels, cleaning materials, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags etc. Addiotinal cleaning, restocking and change of bedlinen and towels is optional at an extra cleaning fee.

The lay-out is in the form of an open plan kitchen dining and living area leading to a front balcony offering a 180 degrees views of the Msida creek, a guest bathroom, a guest bedroom with 1 single bed and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

For the convenience of our guests we offer a self check-in procedure. We have an onsite keybox available and guests will be provided with a code to access the keys as soon as the apartment is ready.

The official check-in time is from 4PM onwards but the cleaning staff is usually ready sometime between 2PM and 3PM. Guests are also allowed to drop off their luggage after 10.30AM while the cleaning staff is preparing the apartment.

Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff schedule their appointments on the check-out day at 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. Therefore, we cannot allow guests to stay longer than 10AM nor to leave luggage.

Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before 10.30 AM on the day of your check-in or after check-out. Upon booking confirmation we send our guests detailed information with among other the addresses of the luggage storage terminals.

This property is managed by MINK Homes. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website for Malta tourist related events and information.

We offer practical information such as where to find the lugguge storage terminals, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc. upon booking confirmation.

Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.

The property will be stocked with:

- 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 kitchen cloth
- 2 tablets for dishwasher
- washing liquid for the washing machine
- 1 bottle of hand soap per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampo/body soap per bathroom
