Booking direct sounds simple in theory, but it helps to know exactly what happens between choosing your apartment and letting yourself in. Here’s the process, step by step.
1. Search by dates and location
Pick your destination across Malta — Valletta, St Julian’s, Sliema and Tigné, Birgu and the Three Cities, or Msida and Pietà — along with your dates and guest numbers. Our live availability means what you see is what’s actually free, not a request that might get declined later.
2. Pay securely online
Payment is handled through Stripe, a secure payment processor used by businesses worldwide. We do not take cash, and your card details are never handled directly by our team. For direct bookings, we reserve the right to charge up to €200 for damage, missing items or extra cleaning, taken as a Stripe pre-authorisation that starts on your departure day and lasts seven days — this is standard practice and is released automatically if there’s nothing to charge for.
3. Confirmation and arrival details
Once payment goes through, you’ll get a confirmation with everything you need for the stay. As your check-in date approaches, we’ll send luggage storage options if you’re arriving before 4pm, and full directions to the apartment.
4. Check-in from 4pm, by keybox
Cleaning and preparation are handled by our team, and as soon as your apartment is confirmed ready, we send your keybox code along with arrival instructions. This means we can’t guarantee entry before 4pm, and we only know the exact time on the day itself — but it also means no waiting around for someone to physically hand over keys.
5. Support throughout your stay
Our team is available during the day for anything you need, with an emergency line covering after hours. Full terms and cancellation policy are always shown clearly on the apartment page before you confirm.
No hidden fees
The price you see when you book direct is the price you pay — no platform service charge added at checkout.
